Altimetrik brings on board Krishna Muniramaiah as HR head for APAC region

BENGALURU: US-based business and IT transformation company Altimetrik has appointed Krishna Muniramaiah as its head of human resources for Asia Pacific region.

He will be responsible for leading the firm’s HR operations and strategic direction to boost talent engagement and retention in the APAC region. He joined Altimetrik in May and will be directly reporting to Raj Sundaresan, COO of Altimetrik.

The firm has also onboarded Sreenivas Moorthy Vadaguru as the head of talent acquisition (TA) for India in April 2020, during the virtual work mode. Vadaguru will oversee social hiring strategy, automation and digitisation of the TA processes in India. Both Vadaguru and Muniramaiah will be based out of Bengaluru. These two senior executive hires reflect the growing needs of the company as it continues to see significant growth, adding new global clients.

The organisation plans to hire about 1,000 engineering specialists in data, Java technologies and development operations in India by end of December 2020. It has onboarded 270 engineers so far.

Muniramaiah has over 21 years of experience in the IT/ITeS industry and most recently served as the director of HR for NTT’s global delivery centres based out of India, Europe, South Africa and Malaysia. Prior to NTT, he was with IBM for 15+ years where he held several global leadership roles. At IBM, he led several transformation projects to automate and digitise HR processes.

At Altimetrik, Muniramaiah will develop, execute and oversee HR strategies for talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
