Probiotic help inhibit the absorption of dietary fat and increasing the amount of fat excreted with faeces.

They help “harvest” fewer calories from foods in the diet and help aid in weight loss. Probiotic supplements help release the satiety hormone GLP-1.

Increased levels of this hormone may help burn calories and fat.

Probiotic also help increase levels of protein ANGPLT4. This may lead to decreased fat storage.

Apple cider vinegar supplements could also help aid weight loss.

The have been very popular in the natural health and wellness world.

Many claims it can lead to weight loss, decreased cholesterol and even lower blood sugar levels. Apple cider vinegar supplements are made by fermenting apples with yeast and bacteria.

Supplements in pill form contain a dehydrated form of the vinegar.
