Border controls, social distancing are 'dragging' Hong Kong retail real estate, CEO says

Ada Wong of Champion REIT says border restrictions that keep tourists out of Hong Kong is a major factor that hurts retail real estate in the city. Work-from-home arrangements and cost-cutting measures by companies are also affecting demand for office space, she says.
