CinemaClubby offers networking platform for creative talents

KOCHI: CinemaClubby, a startup from the business incubation centre of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) has developed a professional networking platform called for nurturing creative talents.

A creative artist from any field signing up with CinemaClubby with a profile listing the expertise, interests, accomplishments, location etc can connect with national and international associations, various brands, businesses and acclaimed artists in the network.

“There are several platforms for collaboration of artists. But we are unique in the sense that we are aiming at developing the creative talent apart from networking,’’ said Vishnu Nathan, chief executive officer, adding that its scope can be global. He said the venture incorporated around two years ago will launch several modules for developing creative talents. CinemaClubby is expecting to earn through commission from the business transactions concluded.

The idea of such endeavour, which is the result of around four years of effort by a group eight techies, is to identify, develop and connect artists to various brands and businesses. To cite an example Nathan said Kerala produces around 1500 to 2000 creative content including albums and short films involving around Rs 30 crore. “CinemaClubby can provide a platform for such a producer or artist to find resources or to connect with technicians and artists or to market the product,’’he said.

CinemaClubby has offices in Kochi and Bengaluru.
