Cohousing startup Tripalink expands reach in U District with 45-unit Rift – Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce


The eight-story project could include a roof deck and solar panels. Tripalink lists six other buildings in the University District.

A corner site in the University District, bound for redevelopment, sold last December for just over $1.9 million. The seller had successfully taken a new apartment plan at 818 N.E. 42nd St. through design review, though a master permit hasn’t yet been issued.
