The new product is made of peas and brown rice, and contains no GMOs, soy, gluten, cholesterol, antibiotics, or hormones, the company says.

The makers of the Beyond Burger are expanding their products across different sectors, including fast-food chains. Last month, Pizza Hut introduced two Beyond Pizza dishes. McDonald’s also teamed up with Beyond Meat to co-create a plant-based patty that will be part of the new McPlant platform with McDonald’s.
