Dairy Queen serves ‘Royal Baby Blizzard’ in honor of Meghan and Harry’s newborn boy

Dairy Queen is hoping to cash in on royal baby mania.

The restaurant chain said it is temporarily changing the name of its Royal Blizzard treats to Royal Baby Blizzard in honor of the arrival of a baby boy to Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan of Sussex.

The Royal Blizzard feature a combination of soft serve vanilla ice cream and a special treat at the center. The Royal Reese’s Brownie version includes Reese’s peanut butter cups and brownies and a peanut butter topping in the middle. The Royal New York Cheesecake includes cheesecake and graham cracker pieces along with a strawberry center.

It’s not clear how long Dairy Queen will hang on to the Royal Baby Blizzard name.

On Monday, Buckingham Palace announced that Harry and Meghan welcomed a boy weighing 7 pounds, 3 ounces. The baby’s name is still not known.
