Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 1.15%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the were Genmab (CO:), which rose 2.26% or 23.5 points to trade at 1063.5 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (CO:) added 2.19% or 3.6 points to end at 170.0 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:) was up 2.09% or 13.0 points to 634.2 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:), which lost 2.12% or 8.4 points to trade at 387.5 in late trade. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:) declined 1.16% or 4.5 points to end at 384.2 and Tryg A/S (CO:) shed 0.93% or 1.5 points to 160.2.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 64 to 54 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.03% or 0.02 to $72.06 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.79% or 0.64 to hit $81.17 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 1.70 to trade at $1206.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.3367, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4595.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 93.69.
