A fire broke out in a commercial building off Mission Boulevard in the Rubidoux district of the Jurpa Valley on Wednesday evening, July 28, according to the Calfire / Riverside County Fire Department.

According to the Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire Department, the fire was first reported at 5:18 pm on Mission Boulevard’s 5700 block, producing a large amount of smoke.

According to Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire, resources from multiple fire agencies were required to fight the flames.

People were asked to avoid the area and anticipate traffic delays.
