For luxury products, we have been reaching out to customers in innovative ways: Reliance Brands


While e-commerce has increased exponentially, seeing 300 per cent rise on like to like basis, Reliance has started opening luxury brand outlets inside malls where we are connecting with our key customers via zoomcalls and videochats. We have made over 20,000 sales this way, says Darshan Mehta, President and chief executive of Relaince brands.
