Google Chrome update – You can now change how this browser looks and here's how

Google Chrome is the American tech giant’s web browser that is incredibly popular.

In fact, the client is considered to be used by more people than any of its competitors on both mobile and desktops.

That means Chrome has more users than the likes of Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.

One of the reasons for Chrome’s popularity is surely the high-degree of customisation options offered to fans.

Google lets users to install extensions for the client, allowing them to personalise it while also adding handy functionality.

However, the American tech giant has now released 14 new themes that can be applied to Chrome to change its aesthetic.

Available from the Chrome web store, the new designs allow users to add more colour to the browser or turn on a “just black” theme if they would like.

The full list of colours offered are:

• Just black

• Slate

• Oceanic

• Ultra violet

• Classic blue

• Banana

• Black and white

• Honeysuckle

• Rose

• Serenity

• Sea foam

• Marsala

• High contrast colourful

• Pretty in pink

Simply clicking on the theme allows the user to apply it.

Once it has been enabled, the user will immediately be presented with the option to undo the change.

However, the theme chosen can be altered at any time by heading to chrome://settings/appearance.

The addition of new colour options was first spotted by TechDows.
