Proper Lighting

Unfortunately, lighting is one area few people give much importance as they simply make do with any light source on the wall. While this may suffice for some, you will need an indirect source that will light up your workstation and not reflect off from the monitor.

Do not use a lamp next to your monitor or you will end up with getting light from different sources, resulting in glare. Natural light, from an open window, is quite pleasant, so long as you diffuse it with shades or curtains to minimize glare.

Decorate with Greenery
