ICELAND is selling 12 pigs in blankets for 10p today in some of its stores.
The ‘sausage and bacon rolls’ usually cost £2, meaning you’ll save a whopping 95 per cent if you hit the shops today.
A spokesperson from Iceland confirmed that the pigs in blankets are short-dated stock, that’s marked down for clearance.
The last day you’ll be able to get them at that price is from today.
But whether or not you’ll be able to spot the deal depends on where you live.
Because it’s a clearance price, the deals are only available in Icelands that have that stock.
The bargain was spotted by a savvy shopper in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook Group.
Shannon Lear was shopping in a Bedminster Iceland when she spied the boxes.
Commentators on the post had also spotted the bargain in Wolverhampton, Grimsby, Poole, Cardiff, Skelmersdale and Llandovery.
It’s likely that the deal will be available in other Iceland stores, but you’ll have to check your local to find out.
Currently the pigs in blankets are out of stock on the Iceland website.
It is not yet clear whether the treats will be back in stock at Iceland, but we have contacted the company to find out.
The sausage and bacon rolls take 30-35 minutes to cook in a fan oven.
Each pig is 50 calories if it’s ovenbaked and contains 3.8g of fat.
If you’re wondering why you might want pigs in blankets this far from Christmas, one Facebook user might have the answer.
Yenni Wren asked: “People east these when it’s not Christmas?”.
But Sam Brady jumped in saying: “I do on a roast dinner”
And Sarah Buckland added: “Piggies in Blankets are not just for Christmas.”
So that’s that sorted then!
If your local Iceland is sold out – there’s still plenty of places you can get a bacon and sausage snack.
Tesco sells 20 pigs in blankets for £3.50 and they’re available on the website now.
And Sainsbury’s sells 20 frozen ones for just £3 at the moment.
While Morrisons is selling 12 pigs in blankets for just £2.
Shoppers shocked to find Christmas biscuits on sale in Sainsbury’s SIX months early.
But there’s beer bargains aplenty as Aldi are selling twelve bottles of Stella Artois for £5.99.
And if you’ve got a sweet tooth, Home Bargains is now selling crunchy caramel M&Ms for just 29p.
