Integration House acquired for £3.75 million

Livingston office complex Integration House, part of the Scottish Life Science Park, has been acquired for £3.75m.

Commercial property firm Bromwich Hardy handled the deal on behalf of the new owner as part of an income investment opportunity.

The 29,000 sq ft, three-storey site on the Alba Campus has had a £2m refurbishment, and is let to a single company until 2030.

He said it was the latest in a series of investment deals concluded for his client.

Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich worked with Andrew Saunders of Glasgow-based AJS Property Consultants during the acquisition, while the vendor was represented by JLL.

He said: “The investment market is thriving for these sorts of high-quality, well-located properties with excellent long-term tenants and we are delighted to have been able to secure it for our client.”
