March 4 (Reuters) – British support services group Interserve Plc said on Monday it was considering an “updated” proposal from its largest shareholder Coltrane Asset Management.
Interserve last week offered a sweetened rescue deal to lenders as part of efforts to tackle the loss-making company’s debts.
