The Economic Vitality Team of Jefferson Matters: Main Street will be hosting an advanced Facebook class for business users next Monday, Feb. 24 at the Forge. This class is designed for the business owner who already has a Facebook page and is wanting to maximize their presence, thus improving customer engagement for the growth of their business. “We’ll do a short review of key information that should be on a business page and then we will dive into a wide range of topics ranging from call to action, Facebook live, scheduling posts, stories, ads and understanding some key analytical data,” says Business Counselor and instructor with the North Central Iowa Small Business Development Center, Darcy Swon. This, however, is not a hands-on class. Those seeking additional instruction can set up an appointment for one-on-one consulting. There is no cost and no RSVP necessary to attend the 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. event Monday. More information is available through the contact points included below.
