National Australia Banks online and mobile sites are now back online after an earlier outage.
Earlier, users were greeted by a message which says “NAB Internet Banking is currently unavailable.
“We’re sorry for the trouble and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible.”
A spokesman told nine.com.au both services are now working.
“We had a short period where some of our digital channels were unavailable, including internet banking and mobile banking – they’re back up and running now,” he said.
“Telephone banking, ATMs and Eftpos services were all operating as normal throughout.”
The bank earlier confirmed the outage on Facebook.
It said : “We are aware of an issue impacting our Mobile App and Internet Banking. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Our teams are working hard on a fix and we’ll keep you updated.”
One customer wrote on Facebook: “How much longer do we have to wait? I’ve been trying to access my accounts for over an hour now, hubby is waiting in New Zealand for money to be put into his account, come on NAB & get it sorted.”
Another said: “I’m about to lose a house. Fix this bloody problem now.”
