Northrop Eyes Support for DIA Science & Tech Missions Under $500M IDIQ; Ginger Wierzbanowski Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 17, 2018 — Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) will work to deliver technical services in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency‘s science and technology missions through its position on a previously awarded $500M contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 27.

The company said Sept. 26 the HELIOS indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers services to enhance intelligence, deliver strategic warning as well as shape acquisition, operational and research and development activities at DIA, including missions involving multidomain sensors.

“Our work will help ensure the agency can identify, develop and execute the evolving technical capabilities that allow the intelligence community, combatant commands and other federal agencies to achieve mission success,” said Ginger Wierzbanowski, vice president for intelligence solutions at Northrop’s mission systems business and a past Wash100 awardee.
