P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro were Huawei’s top-tier handsets for 2018 – each boasts a superb triple camera system, a colossal battery and a gorgeous design.
The duo are both premium devices from Huawei and the launch prices of each reflected the fact.
Since each’s respective release, the cost of the P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro has fallen dramatically.
In fact, Android fans are able to pick up the P20 Pro for just £429.95 from several notable UK retailers such as Argos and John Lewis.
The former is selling the pioneering triple camera smartphone for £499.95 but is offering customers £60 in claimable cashback to reduce the overall cost.

While the new price crash for the flagship may prove to be a huge temptation for Android fans to upgrade their device, a recent announcement from Huawei could be an even better reason to pick up either the P20 Pro or the Mate 20 Pro.
The Chinese tech giant recently held its scheduled Developer Conference in the industrial Chinese city of Dongguan and announced EMUI 10, its next-generation software skin that will run on top of Google’s forthcoming Android Q.
EMUI 10 was briefly discussing during proceedings – Huawei showcased its new design and an improved dark mode for fans to look forward to.
It is also presumed EMUI 10 will boast a number of new features present Google’s Android Q.
While Express.co.uk has already discussed Android Q’s best features in detail, some of its highlights include new gesture navigations, improved notifications and permissions that give users greater control over when important data is shared.
Huawei has stated EMUI 10 will launch in beta form for the P30 Pro on September 8.
The Mate 20 Pro was said to receive the new skin “soon” but no time frame was provided for the P20 Pro.
However, Huawei has already expressed confidence the P20 Pro will receive Android Q – it is just unclear when this will happen.
