Naples Daily News reports.

Apple’s health records feature for iPhone allows individuals to view their personal health data, including lab results, medications and past procedures, directly from the Health app on their mobile device. Physicians Regional Healthcare System, which is owned by Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, is one of an estimated 100 CHS-affiliated hospitals with access to Apple’s health records app.
