Property manager adds surveyor to Scottish team

Property firm Montagu Evans has expanded its property management team in Glasgow by appointing Caroline Prentice as surveyor.

She joins from Colliers International with experience in retail and office property management for clients including Scottish Enterprise, Clyde Gateway and British Land. Prentice previously worked for JLL.


Andrew Walker, head of Montagu Evans’ property management team in Scotland, said: “Caroline will be responsible for a range of office, retail and mixed-use assets across the UK, enhancing the firm’s existing service with her combined experience in complex property management accounting and asset management issues.


“She is a great addition to our growing team.”

Montagu Evans, which manages 5.5 million sq ft of shopping centres and up to 2.5 million sq ft of offices, also recently appointed Tom Lipfriend as a senior surveyor in its Edinburgh team.
