Vanguard has expanded its range with the launch of the DAX UCITS ETF, tracking the 30 largest stocks in Germany.

Coinciding with the index’s 30-year anniversary, the ETF is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has an ongoing charges figure of 0.10%.
The DAX ETF provides investors with exposure to manufacturers, car makers and industrial companies in Europe’s largest economy.
Thomas Merz, head of distribution, Europe ex-UK, said: “The ETF is designed to help investors putting together high-quality, balanced, diversified portfolios; whether that’s domestic investors looking for exposure to their home market, or investors’ across Europe recognising the opportunities provided by Europe’s largest economy.”
This is Vanguard’s latest launch after Investment Week revealed the firm was planning to launch a short-dated US dollar corporate bond ETF.
On Tuesday, the firm appointed Lyxor’s Gregoire Blanc as senior ETF capital markets specialist.
