I radiate love and acceptance unconditionally…irrespective of who they are and how they behave…. I understand that people I meet today will have different nature and qualities. Someone can be emotionally disturbed,…or someone could be in a dilemma.
When they talk to me…as a family member, friend, colleague,… I internally withdraw and watch the quality of my thoughts and feelings towards them…. I play the role of a counsellor,…a facilitator who empathises with them.
My acceptance radiates positive energy. My acceptance helps me get their acceptance…. They feel comfortable talking to me…. I listen to them attentively,…caringly. I advise, instruct or discipline… with love and respect.’
Repeat this affirmation a few times not to be judgemental. With that, you accept them as they are and build strong relationships. You will also not hold them responsible for your emotions.
