A VAN is available to live in — for £290 a month.
The rundown vehicle has a cramped kitchen and single bed but no toilet or shower.
The owner said the tenant — who must pay a £290 deposit — can use the facilities at a nearby Tesco or the gym, for an extra £30 a month.
It is parked by a block of flats in Streatham, South London.
The ad states: “Campervan to rent to stay in. Not to be driven. You stay in my car park.”
Letting agent Pablo Joseph added: “You can use camping toilet with bag for emergency and empty in bin outside.”

Living in a taxed vehicle with an MoT is legal in the UK.
But the offer sparked derision online.
Polly Neate, chief executive of Shelter, said: “Sadly, some dodgy landlords are trying to cash in on the housing emergency because they know people are desperate.”
