‘Star Trek: Picard’ Season 3: Know how to watch


Despite being one of Starfleet’s most accomplished captains, Patrick Stewart‘s Jean-Luc Picard is not ready to retire his pips just yet. With the state of the galaxy in peril, it’s up to the franchise’s beloved and austere captain to save it once again. The third season of Star Trek: Picard, which will also be the series’ final season, is live.

The final season will bring back fan-favorites like Dr. Beverly Crusher (Gates McFadden), Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton), and the iconic Klingon, Worf (Michael Dorn).

Fans of Star Trek: The Next Generation will be pleased to know that season 3 of Star Trek: Picard will feature a long-awaited reunion of the show’s beloved characters.

In addition to the returning cast from Star Trek: The Next Generation, season 3 of Star Trek: Picard will introduce a new character, Alandra, who is the daughter of Geordi La Forge. The real-life daughter of LeVar Burton, Mica Burton, is playing Alandra. The trailer for the upcoming season also gives viewers a glimpse of the enigmatic villain Vadic, portrayed by Amanda Plummer, whose father Christopher Plummer famously played Klingon General Chang in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.

The trailer also teases the return of some familiar villains, including the sociopathic android Lore and the sinister Professor Moriarty hologram. The third season of Star Trek: Picard premieres on February 16, 2023, with new episodes to follow on Thursdays until April 20, 2023.
